2024年深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)資助申請(qǐng)工作現(xiàn)已啟動(dòng)，請(qǐng)各位同學(xué)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)《深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)2024年資助學(xué)生遴選公告》，按照公告及時(shí)登錄申報(bào)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行申報(bào)（公告鏈接：https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1384.htm），與國(guó)際學(xué)生資助有關(guān)的信息如下：

Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “SUISF”) is a dedicated foundation established by Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government with specially raised funds to support the international students with a view to carrying forward the spirit of the Universiade Shenzhen 2011 and promoting cultural and educational exchanges among international young people.

The application process for the 2024 Universiade Scholarship is now open, please read the "Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on Selection of Funded Students in 2024" carefully, prepare the documents according to the announcement and submit the application through the selection system on time (link to the announcement: https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1384.htm）

一、資助項(xiàng)目

二、遴選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求

2024年資助學(xué)生遴選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，綜合考慮大運(yùn)元素、中國(guó)文化元素、科技元素、“一帶一路”和深圳元素，獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)助貧，獎(jiǎng)助結(jié)合。

（一）國(guó)（境）外在中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)受助學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)華友好、品學(xué)兼優(yōu)（專(zhuān)業(yè)GPA分?jǐn)?shù)應(yīng)高于3分）、形象良好、身體健康、分布合理、兼顧男女比例，優(yōu)先考慮“一帶一路”國(guó)家、深圳的國(guó)際友好城市和與中國(guó)文化相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的留學(xué)生，以本科二年級(jí)以上學(xué)生為主。

（二）國(guó)（境）外學(xué)生在中國(guó)境內(nèi)接受全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷教育的申請(qǐng)人，必須已在中國(guó)境內(nèi)就讀，未在境內(nèi)就讀的，不予受理。申請(qǐng)?jiān)谏钷k學(xué)高校學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)（半年以上）項(xiàng)目，申請(qǐng)人可以在深辦學(xué)高校明確錄取就讀后提出申請(qǐng)。

（三）“繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)”的學(xué)生，必須提交上一學(xué)年度或上一層次學(xué)歷教育學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單和學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)情況匯報(bào)（紙質(zhì)和電子文本）。境外學(xué)生在中國(guó)境內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)的申請(qǐng)人如近期有公開(kāi)發(fā)表宣傳中國(guó)文化、深圳發(fā)展的通訊報(bào)道一并提交。

（四）2024年享受中國(guó)境內(nèi)同類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)（助）學(xué)金（如：國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)留學(xué)生資助金、廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金）的學(xué)生不列入各項(xiàng)資助申請(qǐng)范圍。

II.Selection Criteria and Applicant Qualifications

The students to be funded in 2024 will be selected by giving full consideration of such elements as Universiade, Chinese culture, science and technology, “Belt and Road” and the reality of Shenzhen, to award good performers and help the neediest.Major GPA should be higher than 3.

(1) The funded international students studying in China should be friendly to China with good character, outstanding academic performance as well as a good image. They should be in good health, be globally allocated by continental demography, and be in an appropriate ratio of male to female students. International students from the countries along “Belt and Road”, Sister Cities of Shenzhen and majors related to Chinese culture will be given priority, mainly undergraduate students in the second year or more.

(2) Applicants who are international students receiving full-time college education or higher in China must have already studied in China, or else they will not be accepted. For the program of learning Chinese language and literature at colleges and universities in Shenzhen (for more than half a year), the applicants can apply for full-time undergraduate education after being openly admitted by the colleges and universities in Shenzhen.

(3)Students who are filing a “Continuing Application” must submit their academic transcripts and reports on their academic performance of the previous academic year or at the previous level (in printed or electronic version). Applicants who are overseas students studying in China should also submit their recently published news report promoting Chinese culture and the development of Shenzhen together with said materials.

(4) The students entitled to scholarships (subsidy) in China of the same kind (e.g. the Scholarship for Overseas Students offered by the China Scholarship Council and the Scholarship for Overseas Students Studying in Guangdong offered by the People’s Government of Guangdong Province) will not be included in the applications.

三、申請(qǐng)資料

（一）來(lái)中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)項(xiàng)目。申請(qǐng)人包括：來(lái)中國(guó)境內(nèi)接受全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷教育（含“繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)”資助）、來(lái)深接受全日制高職類(lèi)專(zhuān)科學(xué)歷教育、來(lái)深學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的留學(xué)生。申報(bào)材料（以下相關(guān)材料可在申報(bào)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)下載）包括：

1. 2024年遴選資助申報(bào)材料封面。

2. 個(gè)人提供材料：①《境外學(xué)生來(lái)中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)資助申請(qǐng)表》、②有效身份證件、③錄取通知書(shū)、④導(dǎo)師推薦信、⑤學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單、⑥漢語(yǔ)水平證明、⑦近三年獲獎(jiǎng)經(jīng)歷、⑧發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文（文章）及專(zhuān)利證書(shū)、⑨視頻介紹（《申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目介紹視頻制作要求》見(jiàn)申報(bào)系統(tǒng)）等；其中，⑥⑦⑧為非必交材料。

所有申請(qǐng)資料提交后不退還。

（二）短期交流研究活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。短期國(guó)際交流項(xiàng)目包括：深辦高校學(xué)生國(guó)際交流研究、本市中學(xué)生短期國(guó)際教育交流活動(dòng)。申報(bào)材料以學(xué)校為單位按項(xiàng)目匯集成冊(cè)，統(tǒng)一報(bào)送。申報(bào)材料（以下相關(guān)材料可在申報(bào)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)下載）包括：

1.2024年遴選資助申報(bào)材料封面；

2.《高校學(xué)生短期國(guó)際交流研究資助申請(qǐng)報(bào)告書(shū)》；

3.項(xiàng)目組成員《資助申請(qǐng)表》；

4.項(xiàng)目組成員有效身份證件；

5.前往和前來(lái)學(xué)校（機(jī)構(gòu)）的邀請(qǐng)函（中英文對(duì)照翻譯文本）；

6.學(xué)校對(duì)申請(qǐng)資助項(xiàng)目的簡(jiǎn)介視頻（《申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目介紹視頻制作要求》見(jiàn)申報(bào)系統(tǒng)）；

7.《高校學(xué)生短期國(guó)際交流研究申請(qǐng)資助推薦表》；

8.學(xué)校公示。

申報(bào)材料的具體要求詳見(jiàn)申報(bào)系統(tǒng)中的“申報(bào)材料說(shuō)明”，推薦學(xué)校在報(bào)送時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)材料進(jìn)行核查。

Ⅲ.Requirements on Application Materials

(1)Requirements on Application Materials for Overseas Study Programs in China：

Applicants for overseas study programs in China include: International students who come to China for full-time education of bachelor’s degree or higher (including funding “Continuing Application” ), international students who come to Shenzhen for full-time education of college’s degree at higher vocational and/or polytechnic schools, and international students who come to Shenzhen to study Chinese language and literature. Application materials(the application materials can be downloaded through the selection system) include:

1. Front cover of application materials for selection of funded students in 2024 .

2. Submittals by individuals: ① Application Form for Funding Overseas Students to Study in China; ② Valid ID Card; ③ Letter of Admission; ④ Supervisor’s Recommendation Letter; ⑤ Academic Transcripts; ⑥ Certificate of Chinese Proficiency; ⑦ Credentials of Awards in the Last Three Years; ⑧ Published Academic Papers and Patent Certificates; ⑨ Video Presentation (See the selection system for “Requirements for Producing the Introduction Video of Funding Program”). Items ⑥, ⑦ and ⑧ are non-compulsory materials.

All application materials are non-refundable after submission.

(3) Requirements on Application Materials for full-time students from overseas colleges and universities to carry out programs of "short-term international exchange and research activities" for 2 weeks or longer period at colleges and universities in Shenzhen. Application materials(the application materials can be downloaded through the selection system) include:

1.Front cover of application materials for selection of funded students in 2024 ;

2.Application Report on Funding Short-term International Exchange & Research Activities for College/University Students Abroad (Overseas) (Appendix 6-1) or Application Report on Funding Short-term International Educational Exchange for Middle School Students ;

3.Funding Application Form of program team members;

4.Valid identity documents of program team members;

5.A copy of Invitation Letter from the destination & overseas school/college/university (organization) (in bilingual translated text in English and Chinese);

6.Video introducing the funding program by the college/ university (see “Requirements for Producing the Introduction Video of Funding Program” through the selection system);

7.Recommendation Form for Funding Short-term International Exchange & Research Activities for College/University Students;

8.University’s public notice.

The specific requirements on the application materials are detailed in the selection system. Recommending colleges/ universities should check the application materials when submitting them.

四、申請(qǐng)流程

（一）2024年采用在線(xiàn)方式申報(bào)（重要?。?/span>申報(bào)前，申報(bào)人按《資助申請(qǐng)?jiān)诰€(xiàn)報(bào)名操作手冊(cè)》（操作手冊(cè)下載鏈接：https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1382.htm）指引，登錄“基金會(huì)資助報(bào)名系統(tǒng)”（http://apply.suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login），注冊(cè)賬號(hào)（注冊(cè)學(xué)校/機(jī)構(gòu)(SchoolName)選擇深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)/Shenzhen MSU-BIT University）選擇相應(yīng)申報(bào)類(lèi)別并按要求填寫(xiě)相關(guān)信息和上傳申報(bào)材料。

（二）申請(qǐng)人通過(guò)報(bào)名系統(tǒng)提交申報(bào)材料，并同步提交書(shū)面材料（視頻除外）至各系輔導(dǎo)員處。

IV.Application progress

(1) In 2024 the application will be through the online selection system (IMPORTANT!). Before application, applicants should follow the Students Operation Manual.(download link of the manual: https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1384.htm), log in the "Foundation Selection System" (http://apply. suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login),register for an account (for registered 學(xué)校/機(jī)構(gòu)(SchoolName)）, select 深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)/Shenzhen MSU-BIT University) and select the appropriate submission scope.fill in the relevant information and upload the declaration materials as required.

(2) Applicants should submit the application materials through the selection system and submit the paper materials (except video) to 輔導(dǎo)員（instructor）.
