2025年深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)資助申請(qǐng)工作現(xiàn)已啟動(dòng)，請(qǐng)各位同學(xué)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)《深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)2025年資助學(xué)生遴選公告》，按照公告及時(shí)登錄申報(bào)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行申報(bào)（公告鏈接：https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1469.htm），與國(guó)際學(xué)生資助有關(guān)的信息如下：
Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) is a public-fundraising foundation established with specially raised funds to support eligible international students with a view to carrying forward the spirit of the Universiade and promoting cultural and educational exchanges among international youth.
The application process for the 2025 Universiade Scholarship is now open, please read the "Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on Selection of Funded Students in 2025" carefully, prepare the documents according to the announcement and submit the application through the selection system on time (link to the announcement: https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1469.htm）. Information relating to international students is as follows:
I. Funding Programs

二、遴選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求
（一）國(guó)（境）外在中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)受助學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)華友好、品學(xué)兼優(yōu)（專(zhuān)業(yè)GPA分?jǐn)?shù)應(yīng)高于3分）、形象良好、身體健康、分布合理、兼顧男女比例，優(yōu)先考慮來(lái)自“一帶一路”國(guó)家、深圳國(guó)際友好城市留學(xué)生，與中國(guó)文化、深圳科技產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景的優(yōu)秀來(lái)華留學(xué)生。
（二）學(xué)歷教育申請(qǐng)人以本科二年級(jí)及以上學(xué)生為主，必須在中國(guó)境內(nèi)就讀1年及以上，未在境內(nèi)就讀者，不予受理。申請(qǐng)?jiān)谏钷k學(xué)高校學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)（半年以上）項(xiàng)目，需在高校明確錄取后方提出申請(qǐng)。
（三）不具備申請(qǐng)資格的情況：1、曾獲得本基金會(huì)同項(xiàng)目資助的學(xué)生。2、2025年已享受中國(guó)境內(nèi)同類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)（助）學(xué)金的學(xué)生，如國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)留學(xué)生資助金、廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等。3、延期畢業(yè)學(xué)生。

II. Selection Criteria and Applicant Qualifications
(1) The funded international students studying in China should be friendly to China with good character, outstanding academic performance as well as a good image. Major GPA should be higher than 3. They should be in good health, be globally allocated by continental demography, and be in an appropriate ratio of male to female students. International Students from countries along “Belt and Road” and international sister cities of Shenzhen, outstanding international students with academic backgrounds related to Chinese culture or Shenzhen’s technology industries will be given priority.
(2) Applicants for degree programs should primarily be second-year undergraduate students or above, who must have studied in Chinese Mainland for at least one year, and those who have not yet studied in Chinese Mainland will not be accepted; For Chinese language and literature programs (for more than half a year) at colleges and universities in Shenzhen, applications can only be submitted after the applicants have been officially admitted by colleges and universities in Shenzhen.
(3) Students Ineligible for Application: 1. Students who have previously received funding from SUISF for the same program. 2. Students who have already received similar scholarships or grants in Chinese Mainland in 2025, such as the grants of China Scholarship Council (CSC) for international students, and the scholarships of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province for international students who come to study in Guangdong. 3. Students who have deferred graduation.

三、申請(qǐng)資料
1. 2025年遴選資助申報(bào)材料封面（含申請(qǐng)材料說(shuō)明）。
2. 個(gè)人材料：必交材料：①《境外學(xué)生來(lái)中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)資助申請(qǐng)表》（最后一頁(yè)的學(xué)校推薦意見(jiàn)欄保持空白即可上傳）、②有效身份證件（華裔須提供祖孫三代證明）、③錄取通知書(shū)、④導(dǎo)師推薦信（應(yīng)有2封推薦信，由所在學(xué)校的兩位教師出具，推薦信要針對(duì)本年度大運(yùn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目，同時(shí)須蓋教師所在院系章）、⑤學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單（至少包括最近兩學(xué)期的成績(jī)）、⑥申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目視頻介紹。選交材料：⑦漢語(yǔ)水平證明、⑧近三年獲獎(jiǎng)經(jīng)歷、⑨發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文（文章）及專(zhuān)利證書(shū)。
Ⅲ. Application Materials
1. Front Cover of Application Materials for Selection of Funded Students in 2025 (including descriptions for application materials)
2. Personal Materials: Required Materials: ①Application Form for Overseas Students to Study in Chinese Mainland (Leave the school recommendation section on the last page blank before uploading), ②Valid identity document (Ethnic Chinese must provide proof of three generations of ancestry), ③Letter of Admission, ④Supervisor’s Recommendation Letter (Two recommendation letters are required, to be issued by faculty members from your current faculty. The letters must specifically address your application for this year's Universiade Scholarship Program. Each letter must bear the official seal of the faculty member's affiliated department), ⑤Academic Transcript (Must include academic transcripts for at least the last two semesters), ⑥Video Presentation of the Applied Program. Optional Materials: ⑦Certificate of Chinese proficiency, ⑧award-winning experience in the last three years, ⑨ published academic papers (articles) and issued patent certificates.
四、遴選程序
2025年度資助申請(qǐng)采取在線(xiàn)申報(bào)方式。申報(bào)人及推薦學(xué)校須通過(guò)資助報(bào)名系統(tǒng)(http://apply.suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login)申報(bào)。
深北莫校內(nèi)申請(qǐng)時(shí)間：4月16日至5月12日00：00（5月12日后為校內(nèi)評(píng)審時(shí)間，不再接收任何個(gè)人申請(qǐng)）

Ⅳ. Selection Procedure
Applications for the funding programs in 2025 will be submitted online. The applicants and their recommending colleges/universities must apply through the funding registration system (http://apply.suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login).
