第一輪通知及征文通告
合肥學(xué)院、安徽省科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會、安徽省環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會、德國羅斯托克大學(xué)、哥廷根應(yīng)用科學(xué)大學(xué)等分別于2006年5月和2008年6月在中國安徽省合肥市成功舉辦了第一屆和第二屆“亞歐環(huán)境技術(shù)與知識轉(zhuǎn)化國際會議” （英文名：“International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer）。大會邀請過世界知名學(xué)者奧地利里奧本礦山大學(xué)Karl E.Lorber教授、德國慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)再生資源功能研究中心主任Martin Faulstich教授、德國羅斯托克大學(xué)Michael Nelles 教授、德國德累斯頓工業(yè)大學(xué)的Bernd Bilitewski教授，以及歐盟駐北京辦事處、GTZ駐北京辦事處和來自德國、奧地利的相關(guān)企業(yè)和專家，來自亞洲的韓國、泰國、越南，以及國內(nèi)中國科技大學(xué)、南京大學(xué)、同濟大學(xué)和中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)等高校的著名學(xué)者教授都做了主題發(fā)言，獲得了很好的學(xué)術(shù)影響。兩次會議都收編了論文集，其中第二屆會議論文集的全部論文收錄于CPCI（ISTP）。
在總結(jié)前兩屆會議的經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過協(xié)商決定由合肥學(xué)院、安徽省科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會、安徽省省環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會、德國羅斯托克大學(xué)、德國哥廷根應(yīng)用科學(xué)大學(xué)、美國北卡羅來納州立大學(xué)聯(lián)合舉辦“第三屆亞歐環(huán)境技術(shù)及知識轉(zhuǎn)化國際會議暨第一屆國際環(huán)境工程研討會” (英文名：“3rd International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer / 1st International Symposium on Environmental Engineering” (3rd ICET &1st ISEE))。本次會議定于2010年5月13-14日在中國安徽省合肥市舉行。會議將秉承先前的會議宗旨，繼續(xù)為國際環(huán)境技術(shù)及知識轉(zhuǎn)化提供發(fā)展平臺，同時進一步擴展環(huán)境技術(shù)在工程領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用，將為廣大專家、學(xué)者和企業(yè)提供更為廣泛的交流機會。
會議主題如下：
一、歐洲、美洲及亞洲相關(guān)的環(huán)境管理
二、固體廢棄物管理與處置
三、水資源的利用和廢水處理
四、再生能源的研究
五、國際環(huán)境領(lǐng)域合作的戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展趨勢
六、環(huán)境政策與教育研究
七、其他環(huán)境問題
組委會現(xiàn)進行征文活動，歡迎從事環(huán)境保護領(lǐng)域的政府官員、教育、科研和企業(yè)界人士積極參加，踴躍投稿。本次會議論文將收編成集，繼續(xù)申請CPCI或EI檢索收錄。參會論文請于

First Announcement and Call for papers
The “International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (ICET) has been successfully held for two sessions in May 2006 and June 2008 at Hefei University，Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference included several keynote lectures presented by well-known scholars such as Prof. Karl E. Lorber from Montan University of Leoben, Prof. Martin Faulstich, Dean of Research Centre for Recycling Resource at Technical University of Munich, Prof. Michael Nelles from
Based on the experience of the two successful conferences in 2006 and 2008, we would like to continue the conference and expand the coverage. The “3rd International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer / 1st International Symposium on Environmental Engineering”(3rd ICET & 1st ISEE) will be held on May 13th and 14th, 2010, in Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference will be jointly organized by Anhui Association for Science and Technology, Anhui Environment Science and Technology Society, Hefei University, Rostock university, HAWK Hildesheim/ Holzminden/ Goettingen and North Carolina State University.
